MAGICAL DREAMS VILLA, Orlando's executive home is your perfect home away from home. It's suitable for two families to share with four bedrooms (two master suites), three baths, a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining formal dining room. The spacious living room has a Plasma 52' TV, DVD, Xbox Games

High chair, stroller, pack n play are provided

The large glass sliding door leads into the covered lanai with an enclosed south facing pool. Beautiful Spa !

Great vacation

We had a lovely stay at this villa. The property was easy to find, clean and had plenty of room. The kids loved the swimming pool and games room. Host was very communicative and made the whole process very easy.

Fantastic Spacious Villa

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was really well equipped and had lots of room for our family. The pool was a great for relaxing and unwinding in at the end of the day. The hosts were great at making sure we had everything needed for a quick and smooth check-in. We did have a pest issue but it was resolved quickly with someone coming to the property within a couple of hours of reporting.

Comfortable and homely

The villa was not as bright as the photos and could do with some TCL. Having said that it was comfortable and homely with all the amenities we needed. The management company was quick to respond when we raised queries as was Michel. It was very easy to get to the parks and a grocery superstore was close by. We had a concern regarding the request to wash bedding at the end of our stay, which we did, but wondered how that fitted in with COVID cleaning practices.

The home is decorated in very nice style. The beds are comfortable with bedding stylish and comfortable. The master bathroom is a great size, with one more en-suite bathroom for the other double room and a shared bathroom it was more than accommodating. The location is very handy for the parks and for eating out with many restaurants under 10 miles away. We really enjoyed the vacation and the stay and I would recommend this villa to anyone who asks. The pool and hot tub were great and we didn't book the spa heat in advance but we decided to add on when were there and this was done for the next day and it was fantastic to relax in.

Entire House & Private Pool Great Value

In town for annual cheer competition, we have 4 kids and the resort options & even the typical villas are not options for us but this house, the size and space - sleeping - private pool etc made for a bargain while still being minutes away from anything we were interested in. Its super close to all Disney attractions and we also made it to Universal among the first to arrive and had a full day there. Highly recommend!

Spring break 2025

House was perfect for a family of four. Disney and Universal easily accessible. We enjoyed being able to come back to the pool and hot tub after walking miles and miles at the parks. The kitchen was well equipped to cook our meals a few times throughout the week. We had an awesome spring break!

Weekend Stay

We stayed at the property over a weekend. The place was conveniently located to places in Orlando. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and had all the necessities. We paid extra to have the jacuzzi and pool heated and it was absolutely wonderful. Would definitely recommend!!

Disney / Universal

We had a great family trip spending most of our time at Disney and Universal. This was the perfect home base for us. It was a great location and allowed us to easily get back and forth to the parks, without having to have all our meals at the parks. I was a little worried about not staying on site, but it was the right call. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing home base for a larger family or group of friends!

The house is in a very nice area. The main shower was very dirty. There were a lot of bugs in the house. The binder with all the things they wanted us to do was kind of extreme. Game room was very rough. Tv didn’t even have local channels included had to stream everything and if you didn’t have any you weren’t watching tv.

Family time - long weekend

We had a great time. Grandson enjoyed swimming daily and the Mickey Mouse room. Houses are very close so I was woken up by loud conversation outside around 3:30am the first night.

Perfect stay

We had a quick stay before our Disney Cruise. The got into the house easy, the house was clean and the kids absolutely loved the game room. The beds were very comfortable. The only thing I wish there was railing for the pool and hot tub for someone that has a bad knee it was hard to get into. The pool skimmer was broke so was hard to get bugs from bottom of the pool. The neighbors were very friendly they let the kids play with the dogs as for our kids missed our dogs. The ice maker didn’t work and we are from Jersey so we love our ice lol all in all the house worked for us and we enjoyed our stay.

Great Vacation For My Family

This was a birthday trip for our son - he turned 11 in June and received his Hogwarts acceptance letter for his birthday. We were looking for a location that offered privacy and wasn’t so far from Universal that offered both a pool and hot tub. This house checked all the boxes, and it’s only about a 20-25 minute drive to Universal. The house was spacious for a family of three and very clean. The mattresses were very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the pool/hot tube after a long day on our feet. Thank you for helping make our son’s birthday trip a memorable one!!

Great location

Great home, super convenient, entertaining, and comfortable. Short drive to all Disney parks, and to downtown area. The only complaint we had was the amount of flies in the house, which I suppose is to be expected in the area. Great home though, we were very satisfied and would stay again!

Why they chose this property

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

What makes this property unique

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
