With a bright, open great room, a private balcony, and thoughtfully appointed interiors, it’s an inviting place to unwind after a day in the sun.

Comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests, this home combines comfort and convenience with access to fantastic community amenities, making it an ideal choice for your next beach vacation.

Guests at Sable Pointe West enjoy the added bonus of access to Seacrest Beach’s impressive community pool. Spanning 12,000 square feet, it ranks among the largest pools in Northwest Florida and offers plenty of space to relax, swim, and soak up the sunshine. Nearby BBQ grills and picnic tables make poolside meals simple and convenient.

Beyond the pool, the beautiful Gulf is just moments away, where sugar-white sand and warm, emerald waters create the perfect beach escape. When you’re ready to explore, Scenic Highway 30A is close by and filled with charming shops, local restaurants, boutiques, and fun seasonal events.

The beach is a 5 minute walk from the condo or you can take the free tram.

The condo is a 0.4 mile walk to Rosemary Beach ( 8 minute walk) and only 0.3 mile walk to Alys Beach (6-7 minute walk).

The Northwest Florida Beach Airport (ECP) located in Panama City Beach is only 25 minutes away.

We stayed here with 4 adults and 5 children and it was perfect for our multifamily vacation. The location couldn’t have been better with close proximity to the pool and the beach. The condo was clean and was a great value for what we needed. Only thing to note is they only provided 5 laundry/dishwasher pods and one paper towel roll which may not be enough for larger families. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would certainly come back!
