A great stay in 30A!

We had a great time staying in 30A. The location is perfect, with many great restaurants within walking distance, plus a short walk or shuttle ride to one of the best beaches in the world. We lucked out with perfect weather too. Gorgeous sunsets, walks on the beach and delicious meals and desserts.

Great, stay! Property was close to everything! Perfect spot between Alys and Rosemary. Very comfy master bed. Would highly recommend renting the beach chairs down at the beach… It is very overcrowded.

Family Vacay

My mom, husband, myself and our 2 year old year old stayed here for 5 days. We each had our own room. Beds were comfy and house was just what we needed. We LOVED the location. So much to walk to in the area. The two pools at the resort were perfect for small kids & adults.The shuttle to the beach was nice but that private beach area was tiny and packed. I would certainly stay here again but knowing I wouldn’t go back to that area of the beach.

Great condo with a great location!

We loved our stay at this condo for spring break. The location was where all the action was, but that worked out well for our teenagers. The only issue we had was the guest bathroom bathtub did not drain at all. We had maintenance come out, but it still was an issue. Other than that, everything was great!

Could of been great

The owners need their money back from cleaning crew. Couldn’t let baby on floor it was filthy. Master shower had mold all over door and just a spraying of grout out would’ve fixed it. Such a shame because it was a nice place.

Don’t miss out on this unit!!!

We LOVED being guests in this condo. Everything was so thoroughly stocked and chosen thoughtfully with gust comfort in mind. The master bed was HEAVEN and the location couldn’t have been better if we tried to find better. My teens loved browsing shops in the village at night and we hit the pool every day. I feel like cleaning could have been better. Especially since we were denied early entrance to the unit after being told it was being cleaned. We still had to go in and sweep the floors and had to request a new set of sheets for the king bed because ours smelled of mildew like they had been left in the washer too long. But not the owners fault and held no bearing on my overall rating. This place was amazing!
