- No parking is allowed in front of any neighbor's homes.
- Lease agreement will be required for tenants for 2+ month stays with fully refundable security deposit of $4,000. Power, water and gas are at tenant cost.
- All adult occupants must be listed in the guest agreement or lease agreement. No exceptions!
- Any and all pets must be cleared prior to booking and a $500 pet deposit will be required upon approval. Unauthorized pets would be grounds for removal/eviction.
- Smoking is permitted only outdoors. Any smoke smells found in the property will be subject to a $500 cleaning fee and/or immediate removal from the property.
