This holiday home at the Costa Esmeralda is located just 80 metres from the beach and offers a unique view of the Mediterranean Sea from its private terrace and garden. There you can enjoy a barbecue and experience fantastic sunsets. The comfortable house with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms can easily accommodate 6 guests. Further rooms include a living area with a well-equipped kitchen and a large dining table. Additional amenities include a dishwasher, fans, cable TV, a cot and a high chair. Due to its excellent location, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached in just 2 minutes on foot. The nearest supermarket is located in Porto San Paolo and is just a 4 minute drive from the accommodation (3 km). Spend the day at the beautiful beach of Porto Taverna and leave the stress of everyday life behind!



A garage is available for your car. Further parking spaces are available on the property and on the road. Bed linen and towels are available on request and for an extra fee.

A really nice house with a beautifull garden and stunning view

Pros: Maria is a very friendly host, very clear and quick in communication. The house is beautifully located. Just a short walk and you are on a great beach with clear blue water and nice restaurants. The house is simply furnished, but is fully equipped. Especially the veranda and the large garden overlooking the beautiful bay completes the picture. It's like waking up in Paradise. We will definitely come back here again!

Nette kleine Finca mit kleinem Garten und Blick aufs Meer

Pros: Das Haus war prinzipiell gut ausgestattet, allerdings ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage leicht am Hang mit Blick aufs Meer war sehr angenehm. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Im Garten findet man einen schönen großen Olivenbaum wie auch einen Granatapfelbaum. Es gibt außerhalb viele Sitzgelegenheiten. Der schöne Sand-Stand ist ca. 150 Meter zu Fuß entfernt. Alles in allem eine schöne Bleibe mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass wenn man zu sechst in diese Finca reist, man relativ beengt lebt. Ist möglich aber nicht für jeden geeignet. Cons: Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, (nach meinen Informationen im Süden ganz normal), man sollte es einfach wissen. Die Betten hatten leider nicht den Standard den wir gewohnt sind (Klappbetten), man kann es aushalten aber ist eben nichts für Personen mit Nacken/Rückenschmerzen. Die Gartenmöbel könnten mal eine Auffrischungskur vertragen, dann würde das sitzen im Freien mit Blick aufs Meer noch mehr Spaß machen.

Tolle Unterkunft

Es ist ein schönes und gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus! Es steht in einem schönen Garten mit super Aussicht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich! Alles perfekt👍
