A warm welcome to Haus Adria
This light-filled 2.5-room duplex apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate up to 4 people (up to 2 adults and 2 children). In just a few minutes, you can reach the beautiful Baltic Sea beach, located about 200 metres away, via a public staircase on a hillside.
On the lower level is the living-dining area with modern seating, a flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo system, and dining table. The kitchenette is equipped with a portable microwave/oven combination, a ceramic cooktop (2 burners), a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher.
Adjacent to this is the spacious south-facing balcony with an awning and a side view of the sea.
On the upper level, you’ll find the bedroom with two double beds. One features two mattresses measuring 0.90 m x 2.00 m each, and the second bed is 1.40 m x 2.00 m (with a single, continuous mattress). There is also a small bedroom with a futon bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) and a bathroom—newly renovated in 2024—with a shower, toilet, and window.
Wi-Fi is available. In the basement, there is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
You’ll find a parking space right next to the building. The building features a swimming pool with a counter-current system. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment.


Complex:

The Adria building is located on a hill between Scharbeutz and Timmendorfer Strand. The Kammerwald forest is right outside the door. The Ostsee-Therme spa is about 700 metres away. The beach is 150 metres away, and the town centre is a 15-minute walk. Enjoy the evening sun on the secluded loggias with views over the rooftops of Scharbeutz.

Guests have access to a small swimming pool, as well as a washing machine and dryer, inside the building. Parking spaces are available in front of the building for each apartment.
