This place is amazing! The host returns messages immediately! Decor is amazingly fun and beautiful! Plenty of room for our family of 13 with 2 babies. It was spotless.clean when we came. There was plenty ty of resources in the area! We would definitely stay again! Thanks, Cool Vrbos!

Fantastic hosts! First, they were very gracious and allowed us to check in early. Second, they were very responsive in trying to fix an issue that we were dealing with at the property. And lastly, they very quickly processed compensation for the issue not being fixed during our stay. The issue was completely out of their control and they did everything possible to get it fixed and yet they were so gracious in compensating us for the inconvenience. The property is great. It was clean and came prepared with everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend!

No hair dryer in either unit. Pots and pans were limited. Air conditioner went out in one unit. They did their best to get someone to fix it, but since it was during a weekend, company could not send anyone until the next day. They gave us a refund for that night. Would recommend this place and would stay again.

The house was great. We chose this place because it was pet-friendly. It would have been nice if they had cleaned the back porch so we could use it. Other than that it was great.

We had a great time and are sad our stay is over already. Check-in and checkout were a breeze. The house was just as described and the host was so attentive and quick to respond. We couldn’t locate a few items and the host overnighted them! Top tier service.If we’re ever in Charlotte again, we will stay here.
