The host was in communication the entire trip. They addressed concerns, and was prompt in response. Our dad enjoyed himself and was pleased with the location. We are grateful and Thankful for them allowing us to use there property for the stay. Until next time. Kudos

We had this book for weeks. I kept checking in to see if I could at least drop off our luggage early as we would’ve been walking around the city with two kids, one of which of the toddler, and all of our luggage. The host canceled on us while we were in the city the day we were supposed to check in, just hours before we were supposed to be the house. This left us stranded in New York City with no place to stay, all of our luggage, while dealing with the kids. The host showed no remorse. He didn’t try to find another place for us or anything.
