Welcome to this comfortable and well-located home, perfectly suited for year-round outdoor adventures including hiking, climbing, biking, and skiing. Situated at the base of Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon, the property is just 20–40 minutes from world-class ski resorts such as Solitude, Brighton, Alta, Snowbird, and Park City.
The open living spaces are ideal for relaxing or spending quality time together.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and all essentials—cookware, utensils, and dinnerware—ideal for everything from quick meals to extended stays. Enjoy outdoor living with a private backyard featuring a BBQ grill and fire pit.

Guests will enjoy full, private access to the entire main floor of the home, including the living room, kitchen, dining area, bedrooms, and bathrooms—everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Guests have access to the laundry in the basement, and it is the only area in the basement that is permitted for use.

Qwen's communications was the best. Her place was ultra clean. It is located almost exactly between Solitide/Brighton and Snowbird/Alta. The welcome gift was super nice. Roku is set up on the TVs for easy mirroring. There is a sold Smith's grocery store less than a 1/2 mile and a Whole Foods a few miles away. If you want fresh, no MSG Chinese food go to China Grill.

Beautiful property close to both Big Cottonwood and Little Cottonwood canyons. Supermarket within walking distance. Beautiful kitchen, and a cozy living room with comfortable furniture including a couple of recliners. Very comfortable beds. The property was easy to locate and the driveway accommodates 3 vehicles. We were welcomed with a beautiful fruit bowl. Response to any question was quick! Added bonus was the garden with a koi pond. Very relaxing! We would absolutely stay there again!
