This unit is absolutely stunning! The unit has just had a number of great updates! New updates in October 2024: New tile floors in the bedrooms, new bedroom furniture in both bedrooms, smart tvs now in all bedrooms, new 50” smart tv in the living room, new mattress in the second bedroom, password-protected WiFi, and a variety of other small touches throughout. We also recently updated the SS appliances in the kitchen, and added a Blu-ray DVD player in the second bedroom (so the kids can go watch a movie in bed while the adults enjoy the beautiful balcony!) The space has been professionally decorated and is equipped with so many extras you will quickly see why this unit that sleeps 8 is so impressive. This 8th floor condo has 1330 square feet of living space with 9 foot ceilings and keyless entry. The wet bar with ice machine, a half bath, and a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer add additional convenience. Access the spacious balcony from the living room and master bedroom and enjoy the soothing crash of the waves from the plush chaise lounges, a perfect spot to relax and watch the sun go down. You will be able to take advantage of the indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, sauna, steam room, and gazebos equipped with grills and picnic tables just steps away from the ocean. The condo was perfect. It was bigger than I expected! The beds were comfortable. We loved the ice machine and view from the balcony. The beach was beautiful with easy access. The only thing I can suggest is it would be wonderful to have some beach chairs and umbrellas available and beach towels. It is very easy to rent some on the beach every day though (45 for 2 chairs and umbrella per day) Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful place with us!

Prime property!

The condo was tastefully furnished and comfortable. The kitchen appliances were new, or otherwise in working order, and utensils had been thoughtfully chosen, making it easy to prepare meals. The property manager was extremely responsive and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed! This unit is now my number one choice for my annual trip to Orange Beach. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

The best vacation we’ve ever had.

Pictures and reviews do not do this place justice. It was twice the size of what I was expecting which was perfect for our family of 5, the views were unmatched, and Orange beach is my new favorite place to visit. Not much to do in town, but that’s just what we needed was some down time. We’ve already starting planning to come back to the same place next year. 10/10 recommend.

Im 73 my daughter is 53. This is a yearly trip to Orange Beach Alabama. This unit is like the 6th unit we have stayed at Regency isle because are favorite thing is the oversized balcony! Great location and plenty of places to eat. If you haven't eaten at Lulu's or the Sunliner Diner your missing out! Looking forward to next trip!!

Great location

We love coming to Regency Isle. It’s never crowded and there’s always empty chairs at the pool! This condo was very nice and the property manager was great and responded to us very promptly when we had a little issue with a smell in the condo when we first arrived. We would have preferred queen beds in the second bedroom instead of full but other than that the condo was well stocked with everything we needed.
