This newly remodeled and newly furnished 1500 sq.-ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with sparkling pool is centrally located near the downtown section of town. It is very close to restaurants, bars, clubs, grocery stores, shops, bowling, beach, London Bridge, marina, boat ramps, banks, post office, churches, hospital, doctor offices and the golf course.

We welcome you into a home with an open and inviting floor plan. The fully-equipped kitchen has new countertops and bar seating. You will find everything you need to feel at home here: coffee pot, toaster, blender, mixer, electric griddle, utensils, and serviceware for a large family. The dining room comfortably seats 7 and the kitchen dining area seats 5.
Garage parking available on request and the property has plenty of room to park your RV or your boat.

The spacious living room has seating for the whole family to watch on the 50” flat-screen TV. The family room has seating for 4 just around the corner.

The Master Bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, 40” flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, private bath, and lighted ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed, lighted ceiling fan, and view of the pool.

Bedroom 3 has a full bed, DVD-TV, lighted ceiling fan, and walk-in closet.

****House comfortably sleeps 6-10 people, utilizing 3 beds, sectional couch or air mattresses****

Outside, the covered patio has a table and six chairs overlooking the pool with six additional chairs for seating around the pool. A propane grill is available for your grilling pleasure.

The laundry area is complete with washer and dryer, ironing board, and cleaning items.

There is DISH TV throughout and Internet.

There was plenty of parking and the property we enjoyed. However, what we didn't know was how terribly busy and loud the traffic is on the corner where the house sits. The traffic begins around 4:30 a.m. every day and if you are sleeping in the front bedrooms, you feel like you are in a tin can and the traffic is coming through the room. We moved to the back bedroom and closed all the bedroom doors to sleep and it was tolerable. We thought that the drivers of the loud vehicles were very inconsiderate as they would revv up their engines and take off from one of the four stop signs at high speeds and not take into consideration they are in a residential area and keep the noise level down.

Check-in process was relatively easy. AC was pretty nice. There was not any room to utilize the garage, although the listing stated you would have garage access. The beds were not comfortable at all, we slept on the couch the entire time.

The property was perfect with plenty of parking for 3 boats. The house had plenty of space for our large group and was conveniently located to launch ramps, gas stations, and restaurants. Tom was friendly and accommodating. We definitely hope to return. :)

Had a great time. No issues for me on my trip, enjoyed my time. As mentioned on other reviews noisy intersection was noticeable, but not a factor for me on my stay. The location was worth it. Location was close to everything needed.

Brother and nephew

My family came to visit with our Mom and needed the private home to work out of. The home sits on a busy corner so it was a bit noisy at times. The accommodations were exactly what they needed.

Very clean and convenient

The property was clean and well kept. The location is close to the downtown area and several restaurants nearby. The host was very quick to respond and answer our concerns. I would suggest a file in the house detailing procedures regarding garbage pick up, TV operation, locking up the place, recommended tourism sites, pool operation, etc. Other than being on a somewhat noisy and busy street, I would recommend the place!

We arrived and the home was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space to enjoy our time there as well as enough kitchen supplies to make our own meals while on vacation. We loved lounging by the pool and sitting on the patio. The only thing negative is that if you are a light sleeper do not take the master bedroom due to traffic at the 4-way stop sign. This place was great and minutes from everything.

The house was fine. Nothing special. But the noise was so bad. This house is on a 4 lane road and at a 4-way stop. So loud. All day and all night.
