Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay, including all indoor and outdoor private spaces. This includes the three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathrooms, private patio, laundry area, and designated parking spot. No shared interiors — the unit is entirely yours to enjoy.



Check-in details and access instructions will be provided prior to arrival to ensure a smooth and easy entry. Our team is available before and during your stay should you have any questions or need assistance. A refundable $200 security deposit is required prior to check-in and will be returned within 7–14 business days after checkout, provided there are no damages or rule violations. We aim to make your stay seamless, private, and stress-free from start to finish.

To ensure the care of our property, a $200 refundable security deposit is required for all stays. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:



Payment Process: A team member will contact you after your booking is confirmed to arrange payment, typically one day prior to arrival.



Requirement: The security deposit must be paid before check-in. Failure to complete payment may result in reservation cancellation in accordance with our cancellation policy.



Refund Policy: The full deposit will be refunded within 7–14 business days after check-out, provided no damages or rule violations are identified.



Deductions: If any damages or incidental charges apply, a detailed summary of deductions will be provided along with the remaining balance.
