The condo was very clean and I love that there was 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom was very spacious and the living room. Obviously not on the beach but we just drove to the beach access about 1 minute away from the condo and parked. You have to pay $3 an hour for the parking, there's only like 6-8 spots but we never seemed to have a problem getting one. If you rent a golf cart there's like 10 or more spots for those. Golf cart rentals are across from beach access and it's like $180 I believe for 2 days I think. Walking distance is definitely like 10-15mns so I don't advise it during peak high temperatures. Anything we needed the owner was happy to help right away. Very nice guy! Reasonably priced. Also shampoo, soap, dishes, washer and dryer was included. No extra charge to use washer/dryer. Everything was nice too not out dated. The room is on the 3rd floor. The main big pool is like a 5mn walk right behind the main office. There's a smaller pool further down after the office. There's a Kroger a walk away, plus a short drive away seafood buffets, stores, Dunkin donuts and McDonald's. Bars a walk away. I'd advise you check out Seasons by 10 fold! Some of the best breakfast you'll buy! Order the Rio Grande skillet and a biscuit and gravy. Pirate Voyage show is 10-20 mins away and broad way with Wonder Works is about the same.
