Central & rear apartment - Rooftop, AC, Views!
Bonito y acogedor departamento con lo esencial, ubicado en el corazón de la ciudad de Oaxaca, a unos cuantos pasos de la historia y folclor que caracterizan a nuestro estado.
La cercanía al centro histórico de la ciudad para quienes buscan alojarse en esta hermosa zona de la ciudad de Oaxaca, el departamento está en una increíble ubicación y en óptimas condiciones para pasar un buen alojamiento en la ciudad.
El departamento se encuentra dentro de un edificio de tres pisos. Durante las tardes, en la planta baja operan dos consultorios médicos, de lunes a viernes de 1:00 p.m. a 6:00 p.m. Los sábados y domingos permanecen cerrados, por lo que no hay actividad y los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de un ambiente más tranquilo por las mañanas y todo el fin de semana.
En el tercer piso, cuenta con un tooftop techado con vistas muy bonitas tanto al auditorio Guelaguetza como a la Catedral, ideal para tomar un café por la mañana o un té por la noche.
Un GRAN PLUS de este departamento es que al estar ubicado en la parte trasera del edificio, el ruido de la ciudad no será molestia para descansar, un cubo de luz mantiene iluminado (naturalmente) el departamento durante el día por lo que el sol directo y calor directo no serán otro inconveniente.
El departamento es muy seguro, cuenta con circuito cerrado (cámaras), malla eléctrica y las puertas son muy seguras.
