Deluxe Oceanfront Condo in Summer House with stunning Oceanfront views from the living room, master bedroom and well-appointed deck. Unit 505 is a completely renovated condo from which to enjoy the historic city, fine restaurants and coastal charm of Charleston. Guests will find gleaming hardwood floors, tasteful decorations and comfortable furnishings that create a wonderful beachfront retreat. In addition, Summerhouse is located on one of the best sections of the beach yet has a community pool with poolside restroom.

The master bathroom was recently renovated! Enjoy the beautiful new shower after a long day at the beach! The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, comfortable bedding with quality bed and bath linens. The Bedrooms also have room darkening curtains or shades. The sizable table and well-stocked kitchen will facilitate preparation and enjoyment of all meals.

To relax, the living area is well appointed for watching your favorite entertainment on the huge TV. Or, step onto the balcony to sit and savor the rhythm of the waves. The North East facing balcony also provides a shady retreat during the warmth of the afternoon.

Comfortably sleeps six: King in MBR; Queen, twin daybed and twin chair-bed (which can be moved to MBR) in 2nd BR.

*Summer House complex has been under construction the past 2 off-seasons. The work on this building was completed in June 2024, but continuing work on the adjacent building will take place during the off-season (September - May 2025). Noise and disruptions possible. Please reach out for more information.

All new reservations will receive $250 credit toward beach gear rentals with VayK Life! *3-21 nights only.

PLEASE NOTE: Washer and Dryer available in unit. Linens and towels provided. Parking passes provided to 2 vehicles. Pool open for swimming April - September. Summerhouse building does have an Elevator. Non-Smoking. NO pets are allowed. MUST be at least 25 years of age to rent NO exceptions.

The property was perfect for us. The kids room had blackout curtains, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, the ice machine in the freezer was a life saver, and the beach and pool were easy to access and very nice.

Great location. With the hassle and bustle around IOP, Wild Dunes is a little peaceful gated sanctuary. The balcony view was our favorite place.

Views and cleanliness of property were amazing! We loved the 5th floor, very quiet and easy for us with our 2 kids. Beach was great. Pool was cold. Condo also did not have tissues but everything else was amazing.

505 Summerhouse was absolutely amazing and perfect in every way. From the comfortable beds to the oceanfront views from the balcony, the condo was exactly as pictured. The pool was clean and just steps away, as was the walk to the beach. Even the bathrooms at the pool were spotless.Carolina One Realty was superb. Checking in was super easy. Perfect!

This place was beautiful and we will definately come back. Well stocked with plenty of room for the 5 adults we had. Short walk to a very uncrowded beach. The balcony is huge and shaded in afternoon and evening with gorgeous ocean view. We found and saved 80 LIVE sand dollars on the beach!

Amazing condo!

Awesome condo! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, really nice finishes throughout, very clean, and great view of the ocean. It was the perfect space for my husband, daughter and me. Carolina One was wonderful to work with and made our stay easy and convenient. The only downside was that we had to leave early because of Hurricane Irma, but we can't control the weather. I highly recommend this condo and would love to go back again!

Overall great experience! Great views and wonderful balcony. The place was clean and plenty of towel and linens available. I appreciated the nicely stocked kitchen with plates/utensils etc. Some thoughtful touches in pantry regarding misc items people tend to overlook. My frustration was with this particular listing not including that there was a beach wagon and some beach chairs in the unit. You get a 250 dollar credit for these items to be delivered but it would have been nice to know and saved us some money as we rented these items.

Fantastic

505 Summerhouse was fantastic and as advertised. Very well appointed and clean. Summerhouse is the third different condo complex my family has stayed at in Wild Dunes and this unit is probably our favorite. The little extras that were available show the owners have really put thought into their guests truly enjoying their stay. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Nothing lacking; pleasing decor

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at 505 Summerhouse. The color palate and decor were so peaceful and pleasing. Everything was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. I would suggest adding a Keurig coffee maker in place of one of the drip coffee makers. I would also suggest some cushions for the dining room chairs and place mats to protect the table. The view was wonderful and ocean breezes were delightful on the deck or even with the doors open. Several nights we slept with the door open in our bedroom and could hear the ocean and feel the gentle breeze.

Condo with lots of extras provided!

The condo was lovely! Updated and extremely clean. Beds were comfortable, and plenty of towels were provided. I appreciated all the extras provided! Beach chairs, a wagon, beach toys, etc. Even games and puzzles. Also lots of extras in the kitchen and the kitchen was very well stocked, with quality items. We have stayed in a lot of beach condos, and this was one of the nicest. View is fantastic! Beach was never crowded and is super clean. The only complaint I have at all is that the pool isn't heated, and the water was not comfortable to swim until the last couple days of our stay, and then only in the heat of the afternoon. Overall a great stay and I would recommend!

Excellent experience. The views from the balcony and the size of the balcony itself were much better than the pictures indicated. The condo was incredibly well stocked. We were amazed that we were also given $250 worth of beach gear for basically free, we got beach cares and boogie boards for free Check in and out was very easy excellent location and great condo

Quiet Getaway to IOP

We were very comfortable in this user friendly condo. Good storage and gear in the kitchen made eating in very easy. Facing east, the rooms are filled with light in the morning and the covered balcony Has a great view, is well furnished and comfortable. Being on the 6th floor might not be great for a family with small kids, but there is an elevator available.

Fantastic Beach Trip!

My wife and our 10 year old twin daughters were very much in need of a getaway during COVID so we booked this spot in Wild Dunes, hoping it would be just that. It was and then some...everything was so easy, the check-in process was seamless, the property is exactly as the pictures showed and we had very easy access to the pool and beach....within steps of each. We will more than likely rebook this place again in the future - the area of Wild Dunes is a little less trafficked as well, so the beach did not feel overrun, even when it was busy. Great trip!
