The check in and out was very easy. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The coffee and water machines were convenient. The outdoor patio was comfortable and a great place to hang out. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean and easily restocked. It came with plenty toiletries and paper products. The downside was that the floor was not clean and neither was the shower. Also, the water took a long time to heat up and had very little pressure.
