Mermaid's Refuge ( aka as Blue Sky)- Pet Friendly-Fenced Yard-No Smoking

2BR/2 B *** House will allow 7 occupants. Renovated to include modern amenities: Wi-Fi, Smart TV,
DVD and VCR, two-zone central HVAC, iron/ iron board, washer and dryer. Pet friendly with
indoor/outdoor kennel, crate, dog bed and dog snack jar. Fenced yard, fire pit, deck, outdoor seating,
outdoor third shower. Assorted beach toys/items stored in a large garage. Rainy day craft box, small
reading library, children’s night-time story books, hair dryer in each bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen
with waffle maker, crock pot and stock pot, spices and more.

Description: Lovely 2BR, 2 bath home in quiet neighborhood. Spacious Livingroom with wrap around
couch. Year-round porch captures afternoon sun. Primary bedroom upstairs accommodates for child
or playpen. Bathrooms are spacious. The master bath has a sunken tub and shower stall. Close to
Memorial Park and boat launch area. Ample parking for boats, extra cars.

Please ask about our cancelation policy. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive
100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees
Paid.  If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The
property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-
rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged.
*Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

2 bedrooms plus private year-round porch accommodates for reading/conversation by day or
overnight sleeping.

Bed Sizes: Linens and towels provided. 1Q master bedroom, 2 Twin-XL in second bedroom, 5”
Foam twin mattress stored under queen bed, 2 cots with double mattress and sheets stored in year-
round back porch.

Nice property. Great place if you have dogs

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
