Holiday Home 'Alegrías' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning
Charming and intimate house 10 min. from Palma with 7000m2 of garden, swimming pool, heated outdoor Jacuzzi and beautiful garden. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large terrace overlooking the garden, porches, fireplaces, barbecue, air conditioning and heating ... Very spacious and comfortable. Quiet area 7km from the center of Palma, airport and beaches. Supermarkets at 1km. Ideal for rest, excursions around the island, cycling etc...We love pets, so bring it ;-)

In the middle of nature, surrounded by fruit trees and only 8 minutes from the city center.
Fantastic to relax, quiet and with privacy.

Beautiful and modern swimming pool with stone waterfall to enjoy if you do not go to the beach or when you return...7.000 m2 of land with fruit trees and beautiful garden with relax area, bbq, heated jacuzzi etc...where if you want you can bring your pet ;-)

The proximity to any place on the island thanks to its easy connection to the main roads.
Depending on the season, we have the best oranges in the world, for a good breakfast, where you can pick them yourself directly from the tree, can you imagine something healthier and fresher? ;-)
