Welcome to your relaxing Florida getaway. This spacious four-bedroom, open-concept home is designed for comfort and connection, featuring soaring high ceilings, large sun-filled windows, and an easy flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Natural light fills the home, creating a bright and airy atmosphere throughout.

Step outside to enjoy a beautiful canal view and a private pool within a screened lanai, perfect for morning coffee, afternoon swims, or evening relaxation without the bugs. Whether you’re gathering with family, unwinding after a beach day, or enjoying the peaceful waterfront setting, this home offers the ideal Florida retreat experience.

Everything in the home is accessible, except for the owners closet. We are available at all time through text.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please leave all used towels on the floor in the laundry room or put in washing machine. Please strip sheets on all beds used and leave at the end of the bed. Thank you!
If you have leftover unused water or other drinks you can leave in the fridge.
Garbage day is Wednesday, so please bring the cans down to curb if are leaving on a Tuesday. Thank you

We stayed here for a month and throughly enjoyed it. We spent most of our time outdoors and were in the pool every day. Very relaxing and comfortable area. Hosts added several personal touches that made the house feel very welcoming. Hosts respond very quickly if something is needed.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The owners were easy to contact and always responded right away whenever we had a question—they were very helpful. The kids absolutely loved the heated pool and all the pool toys, which made our stay even more fun. The location is also great—close to just about everything. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again and refer to others! 5 stars!

This listing truly delivered everything promised—and more. The home is even better in person: exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pool area and lanai provided the perfect retreat after long days exploring the nearby beaches and surrounding area.Ally and Jesse were outstanding hosts. Their communication was consistent and helpful throughout the entire process, from booking to check-in, with quick responses and helpful updates along the way.If you’re planning a visit to the Coral Gables or Fort Myers area, this property is absolutely worth considering.
