Meridith was easy to communicate with and timely in her responses. The home was clean and well stocked with supplies. We loved having use of the bikes. The location was great in proximity to the clubhouse and pool.

The villa home is located at the perfect point on the island ..across the street from the beach , beautiful golf course/lagoon view , and the decor of the villa is excellent.

This was a perfect ending for our family vacation. It was quiet, serene and relaxing. We got to see a few large alligators swimming back and forth right from the dining room window. The beach access is literally a 3-5 min walk as described. Here’s the thing. This beach is only open to the community so you can walk down as far as the eye can see to have your own little private beach experience. The beach is very clean and more sandy the further you go down. Perfect place to look for shells or just relax and listen to the waves. The house had a very inviting, clean scent the second you walked in. Everything was as described. There is also access to beach chairs and a wagon so you don’t have to worry about buying any just to leave them behind. Meredith is super responsive and her arrival and check out instructions were very clear. I highly recommend staying here if you want that quiet relaxing environment. We didn’t get to experience the pool but why would you want to when you have a whole ocean to enjoy. If we are ever back in the area, we would absolutely love to stay here again.

Awesome house and community with easy access to great restaurants, the beach, gym, pool, pickleball, etc. Meredith, the host, was great communicating about everything that we needed to be aware of!
