Beautiful, comfortable private vacation apartment

A beautiful and cosy private holiday rental for up to 2 people in Mörlenbach in the Odenwald, near the Hessian Bergstraße. Our holiday rental is perfect for a holiday. Even if you’re in the Mörlenbach area temporarily for business, our apartment is an ideal place to stay.

The ground-floor apartment, featuring a living/dining room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a small entryway with a coat rack, is situated in a quiet, beautiful location in Mörlenbach am Wellenberg. On the meadow behind the house (a protected landscape area), you can enjoy breathtaking sunrises. Deer and hares also feel right at home here and can sometimes be spotted. When the weather is nice, buzzards and kites circle above the house, and storks and herons also stop by from time to time.

The kitchen is well-equipped, so you can cook for yourself even while on holiday. If you’d like to spend time outdoors, a separate garden with patio furniture is available for your exclusive use. This way, you can enjoy the outdoors when the weather is nice. An electric grill is provided; please use it only outdoors.

The apartment is equipped as follows:

- The apartment is located in the basement and is accessible via the stairwell.
- You share the building entrance with the landlord.
- This entrance also leads to your small garden.
- Through the apartment door, you enter the entryway with a coat rack.
- From the entryway, you’ll find the natural-light bathroom with a walk-in shower, and through the kitchen, you’ll reach the living/dining room, which features a dining table and 4 chairs, a large seating area, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a radio, a sideboard, and a closet. Board games are available.
- Adjacent to this is the bedroom, which overlooks the garden and features a double bed (200x200 cm) and a wardrobe.
- The kitchen, which overlooks the garden, has a table with 3 chairs. If you have guests, the table can be extended, and you can request additional chairs from the landlord. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a kitchenette, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a microwave, a Senseo coffee maker, a De’Longhi fully automatic coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, and a large fridge-freezer.
- The bathroom, which receives natural light, features a large walk-in shower, toilet, sink, mirror with a makeup mirror, bathroom scale, hair dryer, and towels provided by the landlord.
- A free parking space is available below your garden, as well as bicycle parking spaces.
- Non-smoking apartment; dogs allowed upon request
- Towels and bed linens are included in the price and are changed every 2 weeks.

Mörlenbach is located in the Weschnitz Valley in the Rhine-Neckar region, on the edge of the Odenwald and Bergstraße regions. From Mörlenbach, Weinheim, Heidelberg, Mannheim, as well as Bensheim and Heppenheim, are just a 10- to 25-minute drive away. Darmstadt, Frankfurt, and the Rhine-Main area are also not far from here.

There are also bus stops and the train station near our holiday rental. The centre of Mörlenbach—with a supermarket, pharmacies, churches, and a shopping district—is within walking distance, about 10 to 15 minutes away. Additionally, there are several discount stores and various supermarkets in town.

The attractive, comfortable, and cosy furnishings of the holiday rental make it a great place to relax and unwind after excursions and hikes, a long day at work, or when the weather is bad.

The guest apartment is also ideal if you’re in the Mörlenbach area on business for a while and want to retreat and relax after work.
