The lovingly furnished "Unter Deck" holiday rental is located in a quiet yet central spot on Meinholdstraße in Koserow. From here, you’re within walking distance of various restaurants, a small indoor swimming pool, a mini-golf course, a children’s playground, a supermarket, the Stolz department store, and Karls Erlebnis-Dorf. In the garden seating area—reserved just for you—you can sit among the greenery in the evenings, have a barbecue, and relax. A parking space is also available free of charge. The Baltic Sea beach can be reached via the nearest beach access (stairs), approximately 850 metres away (forest path). Accessible beach access points are located at the town’s pier.



KOS “Unter Deck” Holiday Rental:

A separate entrance with stairs leads to the tastefully decorated “Unter Deck” two-room holiday rental, which features a nautical theme and is located in the basement of the landlord’s single-family home. The family includes two small children who also live in the house.
The light-filled living room is furnished with a cosy couch and a flat-screen TV. You’ll also find a reading nook with an armchair here.
The fully equipped kitchen features a cosy dining area. A wide selection of dishes, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster, and a kettle are also provided.
The bedroom features a double bed and a wardrobe.
The naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a glass shower, a toilet, and a sink. A hair dryer is also provided. An initial supply of bed linens, towels, and a tea towel is included.
After an exciting day at the beach, you can relax in your sitting area. You’ll also find a grill here. Of course, a clothesline and bicycle storage are provided as well. If you’re arriving by car, a free parking space is available on the property.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
