The stylish Mettnau Apartment is located in a quiet area of Radolfzell on Lake Constance, just a few minutes’ walk from the lakeshore. This high-quality Bauhaus-style holiday apartment offers a modern and relaxed living space of 48 m² for 2 guests.
The apartment features a spacious living and sleeping area with a queen-size bed, sofa, and dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower.
A special highlight is the private terrace with a small garden—perfect for relaxing after a day by the lake.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a private entrance, and a parking space on the property. You can store your bikes on the terrace or in front of the house.
The lakeshore is about a 5-minute walk away, and the historic old town of Radolfzell is around 15 minutes on foot. Restaurants, cafés, and shops are nearby. The train station is approximately 1.2 km away.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche am Bodensee verbracht.
Pros: Alle Möbel und Ausstattungsgegenstände sind sehr hochwertig. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt ein edles Ambiente. Auf der kleinen Terrasse konnten wir die herbstliche Sonne genießen. Positiv ist auch der Stellplatz fürs Auto direkt am Haus.
Cons: Wenn man hier überhaupt was anmerken kann, dann ist es der Internetempfang, der recht oft unterbrochen war.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in toller, ruhiger und zentraler Lage
Pros: Mit dem Fahrrad schnell am Wasser und in der Stadt. Radolfzell ist sehr schön und hat viel zu bieten. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und würden auch wiederkommen.
Cons: Gartenmöbel sehr dürftig und nicht für einen zwölftägigen Sommerurlaub geeignet. Zwei Liegen oder zumindest zwei Gartenstühle mit Liegefunktion und entsprechenden Auflagen wären schön gewesen.
Die Größe des Fernseher 📺 passt nicht zu den räumlichen Dimensionen und ist viel zu klein.
Zu guter letzt sollte die Spülmaschine dringend mal auf ihr Funktion geprüft werden, denn sie trocknet nicht mehr.

es war soweit alles okay freundliche Vermieterin leider ohne Absschied
Pros: die Nähe zum See und der Stadt ,Park möglichkeit direkt am Haus
Cons: uns wirkte die Wohnung sehr kühl durch die Betonwände rundherum ,wenn auch die Räume nicht kalt waren wiirkte es uns , als nicht ansehbar .eine Anmerkung,.es wäre ratsam ,wenn ein Eimer mit Putzlappen vorhanden wäre,denn 1Woche,oder mehr ist im Badezimmer putzen nötig,auch wenn man im Urlaub ist.
