Very well located, clean studio appartment. Nice Landlord that is very flexible on check in and check out timing. Happy to book this again. Clear recommendation.

Well located, but poor sleeping conditions. The flat is located near the pier, which is nice. Unfortunately, it is also next to a very noisy workplace, using power drills starting in the early morning. The building facade is in poor condition, but the inside is clean. The flat floor and furniture were covered in dust, which indicates no cleaning had been made for a long time. The bathroom was nice and modern. The living room is supposed to host 3 people, but it is very hard to make the flatable beds fit around the couch. We had to push forrniture around. One of the flatable matresses was broken anyway, so my kids had to share one, fortunately it was large enough. The couch was another story. It must have been designed by somebody who enjoys the suffering of others. There is no way to sleep properly in it. Most of the provided sheets didn't fit the beds sizes. But the most troubling was when we had the unpleasant surprise to discover the nextdoor flat was a police crime scene in the morning, without explanation from the owner.

Es ist immer wieder erstaunlich das wenn man einen Gast schreibt das man sich bitte an die Hausordnung halten möchte sofort die Keule rausgeholt wird und eine schlechte Bewertung kommt. Solch Gäste wünsche ich keinem Gastgeber.

Schönes modernes Einraum.Appartment für zwei Personen. Sehr gute Ausstattung, sogar richtiger Ofen. Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine. Balkon zum draußen sitzen. In 10-15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Konstanzer Innenstadt. Grenzkontrollen gibt es faktisch nicht. Wir hatten das Glück, dass immer ein kostenloser Besucherparkplatz vor der Tür vorhanden warDer Vermieter Lutz hat sich super bemüht, alles gut beschrieben. Top!

Kurztrip nach Konstanz

Wir nutzten die Wohnung als Schlafstätte für 2 Nächte, um Familie in Konstanz zu besuchen. Alles war wie beschrieben, Lutz schnell, freundlich und flexibel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten Glück und jeden Tag einen freien Besucher Parkplatz gefunden.

Super für einen kurzen Wochenendtrip

Die Wohnung ist recht klein, aber alles wie beschrieben. Die Lage direkt an einer Hauptstraße ist super, trotzdem nicht zu laut und man ist schnell am See. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war stets rasch und freundlich!

Alles wunderbar

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dem kleinen Appartement. Sehr nah gelegen am Bahnhof Kreuzlingen Hafen und man ist sehr schnell in Konstanz. Sehr sauber und Lutz hat uns sogar noch ein Luftbett für meinen Sohn aufgebaut.

Das Appartement war prima und sauber. leider war es die ersten 2 Tage sehr warm und das auch im Zimmer, wegen der nahen Hauptstraße konnte die Balkontür nicht offen bleiben. Parkplatz war vor dem Haus.

Schöne, gemütliche Unterkunft

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Generell war alles vorhanden, was wir gebraucht haben. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und zuverlässig. Wir würden die Wohnung in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen und sie erneut besuchen.

Sehr schönes Apartment, gelungener Urlaub

Die Lage ist ideal. Wir haben jeden Tag einen Ausflug mit dem Rad unternommen und Abends sind wir nach Konstanz geradelt. Für das Auto gibt es in 400 m einen großen Parkplatz, nur braucht man Schweizer Franken in Münzen.

Grenzgänger

Auch wenn das Gebäude außen nicht den besten Eindruck hinterlässt, ist die Wohnung den schweizerischen Vorstellungen "wertschäftig" ausgestattet und hat für Fußgänger eine vorzügliche Lage. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten in Kreuzlingen und in Konstanz sind in angenehmen Sparziergängen zu erreichen. Dank "Schengen" ist die Grenze nur eine gedachte Linie.

Top Wohnung, super für zwei Personen

Mit Lutz hat man einen top Vermieter. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung und vor allem der Küche ist sehr wertig. Wir hatten die Fahrräder dabei (gibt einen überdachten Abstellplatz) und damit kommt man über das sehr gute Radfahrnetz überall hin. Wie eine Vormieterin schrieb, müssen sich Landeier die in der Stille wohnen, an den werktägigen, frühen Straßenverkehr gewöhnen. Bei geschlossenen Fenster ist das aber kein Problem.

Ein sehr schönes Appartement in Stadtnähe

Trotz relativ schlechten Wetter war unser Aufenthalt sehr schön, es gibt genügend Angebote um einen schönen Wochenendtrip zu machen. Das Zimmer war gut, auch wenn wir die Anzeige falsch verstanden hatten. Freunde die zu zweit reisen wollen: das Schlafsofa ist ein Doppelbett, kein Problem, wenn auch ein kleiner Schock. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, hat uns auch am Wochenende stets geantwortet. Sehr empfehlenswert!
