Don't underestimate

Don't underestimate the beauty of this condo. The photos do not do it justice. There is plenty of room for three couples or more. The kitchen is spectacular. The balcony is large and enclosed with a beautiful sea view. We were more than happy with our selection.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Il Punto Blu exceeded our expectations. It was larger than we expected, well appointed and the outside deck was perfect. It worked well for our family of 6 adults and our friends joined us for dinner each evening. We were also surprised to have a private barbecue on the deck. Alice was very responsive to our calls and had the energy of 10 people. The beach was good for walking but not a swimming beach. Sitting watching the boats go by was beautiful. I think we were the only people to use the pool. It was lovely after a day at the beach. The condo was close to stores and easy to get to. The only improvements to suggest would be a newer stove and a bigger fridge. Would love to come back next year if the price is right.

Paradise Views with Some Practical Considerations

This oceanfront villa offers a stunning Caribbean experience with some minor trade-offs. The spacious, well-appointed interior features comfortable king-size beds and tasteful décor throughout. The common areas are generous, and the front patio is a perfect spot to soak in the breathtaking ocean views. The kitchen comes well-equipped for those who enjoy cooking while on vacation.However, potential guests should note a few practical considerations. While the property overlooks the ocean, there's no direct beach access from the house. During our stay, we experienced issues with hot water in two of the showers that weren't resolved. The parking situation requires careful attention - we strongly recommend renting a compact car, as the narrow access road and parking area can be challenging for larger vehicles like SUVs (potential for scratches and dings).The location on Billy Folly Road has its charm but comes with the reality of numerous speed bumps and road maintenance issues typical of the area. These are minor inconveniences in the grand scheme but worth noting for planning purposes.Despite these considerations, the property's beautiful design, stunning views, and overall comfort make it a solid choice for travelers who prioritize space and ocean vistas, and don't mind a short drive to beach access.

Dwayne was most welcoming, especially to meet us at the car rental upon arrival and walking us through the condo. The welcome basket of goodies was a special treat. The view was amazing and conveniently located within walking distance of great restaurants and bars! The condo had every last item we needed for a comfortable stay!
