The apartment is innovatively designed and furnished with attention to detail. It is located on the 3rd floor and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 2 people. An lift is available.



With 27 m² of space, it features a kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave with a grill function, a coffee maker, a hand blender, and enough cooking utensils to prepare everything from breakfast to a midday snack to dinner.



The table in the dining area, with two chairs, is multifunctional and, thanks to its technical features, can also be used as a desk. Naturally, the apartment features free internet access, an internet-enabled smart TV, and a Bluetooth radio.



The 1.40 m wide box-spring bed in the sleeping area offers the highest level of sleeping comfort.

The coat rack in the entryway and the wardrobe, as well as the cosy sitting area with an armchair and ottoman, round out the furnishings.



This functional, elegant design continues in the bathroom with a walk-in shower. A vanity cabinet, mirror, hair dryer, and soap dispenser are also part of the standard furnishings.
