This warm & comfortable charmer is beautifully updated to add all the modern amenities to this classic home. An open beamed great room & surprising light-filled dining room look out to private gardens. Sophisticated kitchen, large master bedroom & delightful master bath make this home one of a kind! The house has a second Master Bedroom with an Ensuite. This second Ensuite is on the opposite side of the house for privacy and could also work as a "mother-in-law" suite.

This is our second home purchase in Pebble Beach. We live in the San Francisco Bay area and have enjoyed our homes in Pebble Beach where we can relax with our extended family and have a quiet relaxing time together with plenty of area for family activities inside and out.
Why they chose this property
Casa al Mare has been set up for your enjoyment with an outstanding electronics in the Great Room, deck and areas to relax, sophisticated kitchen amenities, and more. We are nestled between Spyglass, Pebble Beach, MPCC, Spanish Bay and Poppy Hills golf courses with access to the ocean close enough to walk at anytime of the day or night.
What makes this property unique
This beautifully remodeled Country Club Classic is filled with charm, warmth & light. Overlooks 10 ac. greenbelt, in private setting w/lush landscaping front and back including over 2000 square feet of family friendly synthetic turf -- always green and always beautiful. The deck area boasts a complete compliment of teak furniture and an outdoor Grill. Enjoy the quiet Patio area on the opposite side of the yard with access to a fabulous Dining Room Solarium and the Great Room with w/timbered cathedral ceiling.
