House was exactly as advertised, and we were so grateful to have a place just cozy enough to do Thanksgiving with our kids at NAU. Very clean and well maintained location with lots of walking paths. The dog loved it too! Only about 15 minutes from Flagstaff so easy to get anything we needed!
