Escape to our serene 1-BR coastal condo on Anna Maria Island! Perfect for families, this retreat features a fully equipped kitchen and access to the island's largest heated pool. Just steps from the beach, it's your ideal base for sun-soaked relaxation.

Settle into this bright and inviting one-bedroom condo, your perfect coastal home base. The clean, white tile floors and comfortable furnishings create a relaxing atmosphere for your vacation.

Fully equipped kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances and crisp white countertops.
Premium linen service: Enjoy high-quality, professionally laundered linens washed with hypoallergenic, perfume-free, and dye-free soaps. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you connected.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire one-bedroom condo. You will also have full access to the community's largest heated swimming pool, a perfect spot to relax and soak up the Florida sun. Your condo is your private escape.

We respect your privacy and offer a self-check-in process. While we won't be on-site during your stay, we are always available via the app, text, or phone call to answer any questions, provide recommendations, or assist with any needs that may arise, such as arranging for our laundry service.

Laundry Service: There is no washer or dryer inside the condo. You can find a washer and dryer inside of the clubhouse/gym room which is across the way from the unit.

After several years of vacationing on Anna Maria Island, we realized it was time to acquire our own slice of paradise. We adore the island's laid back atmosphere and the convenience of being within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, and shopping. Plus, with the free trolley service, you don't even need a car! The island is brimming with charming shops and delightful eateries.

Runaway Bay encompasses everything we sought in a vacation destination. It is ideally situated near the Gulf and boasts stunning white sand beaches.
Be sure to visit the Gulf Drive cade for a delightful breakfast or lunch while enjoying beach views or the breathtaking sunsets, all just a short stroll away.

You might also consider fishing off the dock or chartering a boat from the nearby marina to fish or explore the Gulf. Additionally, you can rent kayaks and bicycles.
