Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please do not forget to leave the parking pass as there is a $50 replacement fee
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If a parking pass is not returned, there is a 50.00 fee for replacement.
If you rent and your dog is over 20 pounds you will be asked to leave with no refund. The association has very strict rules

Runaway Bay offers fishing from our pier facing the bay, a kayak launch, gym, tennis and pickle ball courts. The free trolly is right out in front of the complex and dinning and nightlife all in walking distance!
