After a day at the beach, unwind in the comfortable living area, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

Unit 803 Highlights: Located on the 8th floor. Direct Gulf-front, corner unit. Sleeps up to 4 guests. 2 Bedrooms (Primary room: King. Guest room: King bed) 2 Bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. In-unit washer and dryer. Beach towels, chairs, and other beach essentials.

As a guest of Caper Beach Club, you'll enjoy direct access to the sugar-white sands of Fort Myers Beach, a heated beachfront pool, tennis and pickleball courts, barbecue grills, elevators, on-site management, and convenient parking. Located on the quieter south end of the island, the resort is approximately one mile from Times Square and just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. During the high season (November through April), guests can also take advantage of the free Fort Myers Beach Tram, making it easy to explore the island without driving.

Please Note: Caper Beach Club is a smoke-free property for all rental guests. Smoking is prohibited in all units and common areas, including screened lanais.

Property Update (June 2026): Window replacement work is currently taking place throughout the property. While every effort is being made to minimize disruptions, guests may experience occasional daytime construction noise.

This condo was very well decorated with soft down filled couches. The kitchen had so many useful items, that many of the rental condos I’ve stayed in do not have. It had extra blankets, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc. little things that don’t make or break a vaca, but definitely enrich your time while you’re there. The beach sand is the finest white sand and the pool is beautiful and comfortable. Check in and check out were so easy. We had a wonderful stay, thank you!
