First floor has a large living space, dining area for 6, fully renovated kitchen with all new appliances. Full size washer and dryer and half bath powder room.
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The primary suite has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a large closet. The third bedroom has a full size bed with a work desk and closet.
All rooms have a remote controlled fan and direct AC vents. We have Spectrum high speed 1G internet and wifi.
The back patio attaches to your dedicated 2 car covered parking area. Conveniently attached to your unit.
The condo stays comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating. The gated condo includes two full pools and spas. The pool is heated during winter months.
