Located directly on the Old Harbour of the Hanseatic city of Wismar, the newly built luxury holiday apartment complex “Hafenspitze” stands next to the restored Ohlerich Speicher. A total of 39 hotel-style, exclusive holiday apartments await you, each with a balcony, loggia, or terrace. These excellent apartments are 2- and 3-room units ranging from 42 square metres to 99 square metres of living space, all featuring high-quality amenities. All apartments feature underfloor heating. The units are spread across three floors and are easily accessible by lift. Some of the holiday homes are designed to be accessible. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A limited number of bicycle parking spaces are provided. Each holiday apartment offers a view of the harbour area and the Baltic Sea. The Hafenspitze complex also features a guest reception desk and dining options.

You’ll spend your stay in a maritime setting and be just a few minutes’ walk from Wismar’s Old Town, with its historic buildings and Brick Gothic churches, including a viewing platform offering a panoramic view of the Hanseatic city. The holiday apartment described here, Hafenspitze 2, is a comfortable 3-room apartment with a loggia. The living area is 71 square metres. It features two separate bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. Upon arrival, made-up beds for 2 people are included. Additional linen sets can be booked as needed. The apartment is designed to accommodate up to 4 people. This is a non-smoking apartment.

Located on the 1st floor, the very attractive 3-room apartment “Hafenspitze2” welcomes you with a spacious living area of 73 square metres. From the loggia, you can look out over the industrial harbour, where there’s always something interesting to see. The high-quality living-dining area, bathed in natural light, features floor-to-ceiling windows. An open, fully equipped kitchenette is integrated and features a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and small appliances such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, etc. Entertainment options include an internet-enabled TV with hotel mode and internet radio. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

There are two separate bedrooms, providing ample space to accommodate up to 4 guests. There is also a comfortable en suite bathroom with a shower. Upon arrival, the beds are already made for 2 people as part of the included services, and towels are provided for you. If you’re travelling with more than 2 people, you’re welcome to book additional linen sets.

The entire holiday rental is equipped with underfloor heating, which provides pleasant warmth even during the winter months. Winter in Hafenspitze is the ideal time to escape the daily grind and recharge your batteries. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. You’ll be staying in a central location right in the harbour, close to the fishing boats, restaurants, and a row of shops.
