The holiday rental (3-room apartment) is located on the ground floor of the building and has a separate entrance. The apartment is approximately 75 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with a double bed or 2 single beds, matching nightstands, and 1 wardrobe and LED TV (Fire TV Stick) per room. The kitchen features a fridge-freezer, microwave, stove with oven and ceramic cooktop, as well as a full set of appliances including a dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc. A large table with 4 chairs is also located in the kitchen. The living room features a digital TV with a Fire TV Stick, a large table with 4 high-quality chairs, a couch with a coffee table, and a swivel chair. Through the hallway—which features a mirror, coat rack, bench, and information board—you can access either the kitchen, the bedrooms, or the bathroom, which is equipped with a toilet, a corner bathtub with a shower, and a sink. A hair dryer is also provided. The holiday rental has Wi-Fi internet access.
