Family & Pet Friendly - 4 bedroom/2 bath close to beach, and the prom

This spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is located just 1/2 block to the Seaside Promenade and Beach. Central to this home's relaxed atmosphere is the large, open living area complete with a river rock hearth and gas fireplace... the perfect spot to gather with family and friends after a long day at the beach. The adjacent eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare family meals. Also found on the first floor is a recreation room with a queen size futon couch / bed. In addition to a foosball table, you will find games, toys and puzzles for kids both young and old.

The second floor sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms both with queen size beds; a third bedroom with a full-size bed and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo finishes the second floor.

Outside you will enjoy a large wrap around deck outfitted with Propane BBQ and outdoor furniture. *Properties are weatherized in the off season and some outdoor items may not be available*
Cleaning fee is $190 for this property, and the pet fee is: $35 per pet. Pet requires pre-approval from the office prior to booking property. 1 small non-shedding mature dog will be considered with pre-approval.

Very nice location at the end of the promenade. The house is spacious and has a nice kitchen. There were a lot of sand toys and a basketball net. Mirrors are rather low and there’s no AC as is typical for the PNW. We had a great stay.

Weekend Get Away

Property was in good shape and located within a quick walk to beach. Location was quiet. Loved the openness of the main room. Plenty of places for us to sit and relax.

Close to beach and a quiet location.Plenty of room to accommodate 2 families. We had more girls staying so ran out of toilet paper quickly, and had to run to store to buy amenities with other kitchen items. Overall, love the response from the owners, clean house, and beds were comfortable (plus). A strainer in the kitchen was missing to wash veggies and pasta.

Everything was as described in the messages from the host. I do think the Vrbo needs a little updating for this listing as far as grill and a few minor other things. The host contacted us about a potential tsunami and handled any questions we had immediately.

Bright and comfy beach house

We enjoyed our stay in particular the inviting and spacious living room with sun streaming in from the full wall of windows. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. The door knobs could use replacing in the bedrooms and everything creaks but it didn’t diminish our good time.

Futon was taken out! No fooze ball for game! The two back bedrooms need hooks in wall or rack over the door for hanging clothes! Smallest bedroom needs a screen on window! Upstairs bedroom and bathroom doors could use some WD 40 on the hinges and some sanding on the bathroom door! Very noisy when sleeping! These are miner things but would have made it a bit nicer! Also the closets in the two front bedrooms need something for odor!

Great Holiday Get Away

Our vacation rental at 242 12th Ave in Seaside, OR, was fantastic! The space was spotless and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Its location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to various shops and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy all the area has to offer. Highly recommend it for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

Beach vibes

Overall was amazing. I rated four stars only because wifi and tv were poor. I have a bunch of techies that like to wind down with their movie and just couldn’t figure out your system. Roku snd wifi wouldn’t talk to each other. As for me. I loved our stay. Perfect🥰

Good location

Only a few houses off the beach so the location is great. Home is older and could be a lot cleaner. Kitchen isn’t very well equipped for much cooking.

There was plenty of room for everyone! I loved the easy walk to the beach and we walked to town a couple times each day. Check on and check out was simple. I would stay here again!
