Say YES to this house without hesitation. Every single thing is brand new, modern, amd beautuful. As soon as we walked in and saw the view of Massachusetts Bay we immediately said,"I want to live here!'The bathroom is small, one person at a time small. So, if you arn't renting for a "everyone has to get ready at the same time" event, it's okay.This place is sincerely perfect. The beds, water pessure, kitchen needs, towel supply, and fresh air filters....all perfect!We are the family that has groceries delivered. You need to know that you cannot order produce, some breads, some cuts of meats from the grocery. You have to go to the markets for that, which is fun!So, we had walmart food delivery with no problems, we just met the driver at the bottom of the stairs (which are narrow, not dangerous, but it is one piece of luggage at a time, actually one person at a time wide.)We cooked in the kitchen several times. Mr Owner, if you could add aluminum foil to one of the drawers it would help other people to keep from setting off the fire alarm LOL, pizza cheese dripped onto the coils, and the next day it smoked enough to set off the alarms. The toast oven doesnt have a solid tray, just baskets. Aluminum foil would solve that problem.One of our favorite things to do was to wait for low tide and then go for a walk to look at all the really cool rocks!Bonus you can walk to the real beech where there is sand- maybe, 8-10 minute walk. But driving is easy- it's just down the road.
