Why they chose this property
Located on the main body of water at Lake Mattoon just north of the Marina and beach area. A new RV park is just a couple minutes down the road across the causeway.
What makes this property unique
This property is a great getaway if you like the water. The house is located on the main Lake and has great fishing, boating, a marina and boat launch just south as well as a beach area. Our property also has a wooded area great for hiking and viewing the wildlife. The house is located in a quiet area yet close enough to town and the Sports Complex in Mattoon. It gives folks a great option to a crowded hotel and offers many other activities. You can bring you own boat and dock right in front of the house.
