Why they chose this property

The 4th Ward of Charlotte is rich in history, is perfectly situated for walking everywhere including Panthers, or Charlotte FC, and concerts at Bank of America stadium. Hornets and other performances at the Spectrum Center are also just a few blocks away. The Charlotte Convention center is a 3 minute drive or a 15 minute walk as well.
