A well-maintained vacation home in the vintage style of the ’50s and ’60s. The house is situated on a 1,200 m² lot with lush greenery in a central location. Everything is within walking distance: the bay beach, shops and restaurants in Le Canon, the Piraillan market, and the ocean. The house features a spacious terrace with patio furniture and a plancha grill, a living room with a seating area, dining table, TV (TNT), and Wi-Fi, a separate, very well-equipped kitchen with a kitchen table, 3 spacious bedrooms— 2 of which have 1.40-meter double beds and 1 with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, and a separate toilet. There are several parking spaces on the property and one spot in the garage.

Aufenthalt in Piraillan

Die Lage ist top! Das Haus angenehm, aber in die Jahre geraten. Die Einrichtung Sixties, die Ausstattung basic, aber ausreichend. Die Betten für große Menschen knapp. Der Umgang mit Frau Jürgens und Team war hervorragend. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Maison familliale spacieuse

Maison très bien située à proximité du village du Canon et du quartier des pecheurs. Bassin à 5 min à pied. Océan à 10 min en vélo. Maison spacieuse, sans chichi , tres bien équipée.
