Located on scenic Hwy 30-A, Mistral 8 is a one bedroom plus bunks, one bath condominium in Seacrest Beach. It sleeps six and is perfect for your couple's getaway or family vacation. Wake up to bright sunshine and crashing waves and enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony directly overlooking the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast. Mistral Beach is Private and only for our guests and owners. Build a sand castle, fly a kite or rent bikes and enjoy the miles of paths that start and stop at your door. On the first floor of a small 24 unit community, the views are absolutely breath taking. Recently updated, it is very clean and new. There is a king bedroom, built-in hallway bunks, a full bath with washer and dryer, kitchen, living and dining areas and Gulf-front balcony. This Beaches of South Walton location is right on the bike path and convenient to Rosemary Beach, Seagrove, Watercolor and Seaside boutiques and restaurants, while being in a less crowded, family friendly area.

Highway 30A is a 20-mile scenic shore tucked quietly between Destin and Panama City Beach, Florida. Speckled with artsy villages, rare coastal dune lakes, upscale resorts, funky beach bars, world-class restaurants and 25,000 acres of protected habitats, Florida's Scenic Highway 30A is the birthplace of 'New Urbanism' and is also home to the most beautiful beaches in the world. You will find yourself returning to Mistral 8 year after year.

The property is in a great location. Easy to get to PCB, Sea Grove and other areas. The kitchen has all the basic utensils you will need to cook easy meals. The view from the porch are stunning. And the shore walk to the beach tops it off. The property has floats, skim board, sand toys for lityle ones. Which we have never seen and it is a plus.

We had a great trip!! Everything was as advertised in the listing, and location was very convenient. The private beach was so nice to have - public access was always super crowded. Renting chairs and umbrellas through LDV was a breeze, and Ethan with LDV was so helpful. We'd definitely recommend Mistral 8 to anyone traveling to 30A.

Amazing Vacation

We’ve visited 30a before but not beach front. This stay was so amazing, the location to the beach and everything else is exactly what we were looking for. Angela the property manager was prompt in all replies and very helpful. Ethan working the chair rental was extraordinary. We were able to bring our own beach chair/ umbrella set up but the last day we also rented chairs/ umbrella for extra shade and less work. The condo was very clean, and exactly as advertised. We loved everything about our stay and hope we can visit again soon.

We had a wonderful stay. The room is small and cozy for a small family with young children. Access to the beach is a big plus. Communication with the host was great and we had everything we needed. We have been coming to this area of Florida for a long time. You can’t beat the convenience of the location and price of the room.
