This cozy home is just steps to the sandy beach and South Promenade near Surfer’s Cove. You’ll love the ocean views from the top floor and back deck used for gathering and outdoor BBQing. There's a game room in the basement with separate entry that has ping pong, foosball, a poker table, board games, a classic arcade table, a mini fridge, half-bath, and a den with TV. Lots of parking and enough space for 10 guests to spread out. It's a short walk to the grocery market where you can buy supplies or wood for a beach bonfire. Also close to great restaurants on Ave U where you can get a nice meal and a drink or two. You can take a nice ocean stroll to Broadway from this house that has all you need for a fun-filled beach getaway!

House was perfect for our needs. Close to multiple golf courses, shopping, and of course the ocean. We rented it for a guys trip, the game room was great for poker and just hanging out. Hosts were quick to respond when we had a question and before booking. Great place!

The basement is only accessible from outside. Smelled a little musty. Enter home through the garage. More stairs here. Inside very clean, beds comfortable, plenty of towels, soap, etc. Furniture very comfortable too. We all enjoyed ourselves!

Yes, as stated in the description the basement game room has a separate entrance from the house. I'd say if any guest is looking for a house with no stairs look to rent a single story home. You do enter the house through the garage and there are stairs leading to the house from the garage, there are more stairs in the house as depicted in photos as well as stairs leading to the basement from the separate entrance. I have not experienced an odor in the basement in the 9 years as the owner, not sure what musty means but the game room is in a basement. My advice is to read descriptions and look at photos carefully before booking houses that do not look like they would fit your needs. We had a great 3 night stay in this beautiful house! The beds were comfortable, the bunk room is a plus, loft area has a great view of the ocean which is were my 11 year old spent most of her time at and it was plenty spacious for 5 adults and 4 children. The game room was also a fun bonus. Close to the beach and a couple minutes to town. Our host Lawrence was extremely helpful and quick with responding. We will definitely stay here again.

This house had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped as well as the bathrooms with plenty of towels and shower supplies. It was nice having two bedrooms and a bathroom on each level. Adults and kids enjoyed the game room. We brought toys for the kids but put them away because there were so many in the playroom. The walk into town was easy. Little restaurant with barista just up the street. We had 4 generations and all ages enjoyed the stay. There was room for everyone

Location to the beach is fantastic. Little short on supplies (no extra paper towels, cleaning supplies, bath towels etc) but grocery store near by so we just got our own. Deck needs some care so not able to enjoy the outside while grilling, but game room was a hit for our group. Would definitely stay there again

We're glad you had enjoyed your stay and location to the beach. Our home provides one roll of paper towels for each guest, should guests use more than one roll they guest should provide their own additional paper towels. We provide 2 dishwasher pods, 9 shampoos/conditioners, 9 bars of soap & 2 detergents per guest. Anything additional needed should be brought by the guest. We do not provide window or cleaning spray or other cleaning supplies so guest should bring their own should they need them. We also provide 10 bath towels, 9 hand towels and 10 wash clothes which we feel is an ample supply but a guest can simply use the washer and dryer with the provided laundry detergent if those bath towels run out. Again we are happy you enjoyed your stay. Please feel free to stay again in the future. Thank you.
