This gorgeous property, in total, boasts 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The spacious main house consists of a three bedroom, 2 bath with 700 sq.ft. Master retreat, a gourmet kitchen and an additional 1120 sq. ft. Guest unit, all on a 1/2 acre of land with a garden. Centrally located to the wine countries and north coast.
The Space:
House : high end finishes, lots of artwork, beautiful furnishings, private master retreat with library.
Unit: Open, light and airy floor plan, with a modern retro feel. Spacious bedrooms. Single level, but there are stairs to get into the unit. This place has a great "feel"
Property: 1/2 acre with beautiful landscaping and garden. Lots of guests fall in love with this property!

There is air conditioning in the unit only. The main house is not air conditioned however is very well insulated and stays relatively cool.
