Rural stay in a modern rv with vintage cabin-glamping vibes & forest trails
This unique rural stay is a modern 5th-wheel with cozy vintage cabin-glamping vibes, set on our 20-acre working country property next to our home and family-run diesel mechanic shop. Outdoor sitting area with fire pit. Forest trails begin just behind the rental.
You’ll arrive by scenic country roads and a half-mile forested driveway, passing through the shop parking area before reaching the cabin. It’s “business up front, peaceful out back” — a large yard, back yard sitting area with fire pit and quiet woods to explore once you’re here.
While this stay is not fully secluded, it’s perfect for unwinding. Curl up inside to enjoy the TV, full kitchen, and king-size bed, or step outside for a walk through the trees. You’re also just 10 miles from small-town shopping and dining.
A tiny hide-a-bed is available upon request for additional guests. Parking is available for large vehicles and trailers. Optional add on of frozen meals see photo for details

About the host
Hosted by Deanna Dierks
As hosts we enjoying sharing our beautiful country area, charming small town and forested acreage with those simply needing a place to stay and with those looking to enjoy the country living and nature.
Why they chose this property
We chose this property 25 years ago when it was raw land and developed it for our home and bussiness. We raised outer three kids here enjoying nature and now enjoy sharing it with our three grandchildren and our guests.
What makes this property unique
While our diesel mechanic bussiness and home are right in front of the 5th wheel, just behind it our 20 acres includes Aspen groves, a seasonal creek, a rustic covered sitting area with vintage furniture where you can enjoy views of deer grazing in the field as the sun is setting behind the hills. From 8 - 5 Monday - Friday there may be truck bussiness noises but the mornings, evenings and weekends are perfect for enjoying the peaceful sounds of the forest and nature.
