About the host
Hosted by Stacy Cook
Welcome to the Tamarack at Cook Crossing! My Husband Matt and I thrive on hosting families and events. We want everyone to feel like family. Our pride and joy are our three children (and there spouses) and our seven grandchildren. We invite you to visit our dream property that boasts a small Event Venue . We are a working farm with three friendly mini-donkeys 'Barney, Beulah, and Bella', two working farm dogs Juneau (a great Pyrenees) and Ryker (a border collie), as well as our quarter horse 'Grey Goose'' and his pony sidekick 'Maverick.' we also have chickens and several barn cats.
Why they chose this property
This 20-acre property is nestled in the woods which gives us quiet privacy and fantastic star gazing. We have many white tail deer and wild turkeys that frequent our grounds. We love being secluded yet close to town and many attractions.
What makes this property unique
We have trails throughout the woods our property to walk on or to snow shoe in the winter. Or you can sit and relax and B-Bque under the outdoor pergola roof complete with a fire table. The main housing and barn areas are out in the open ,however, the rest of the property meanders through the woods.
