Fantastic villa

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was well equipped, with great views. It is nice and quiet but within a short walk of Pollença - which is a lovely place to visit and eat out.

Great property and support

It is a great, comfortable property in a lovely, peaceful spot yet walkable to Pollensa. The facilities were really good and spotlessly clean. The support from the property manager was really friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property or book it again.

Lovely and quiet house with pool.

This is a very pretty and relaxing traditional stone house with three bedrooms and a pool. Juana the owner lives nearby and is very accessible and helpful. Minutes from Pollenca, you forget that as you look out over the pool to the Tramantura mountains.

Magical Farmhouse Villa

We were absolutely blown away when we arrived. Better than expected. Host Juanna was amazing! Never wanted to leave the villa! Everything about it was perfect!

Great Finca in peaceful location

Just finished a truly fantastic holiday staying at the finca. The host Juanita lives on site and was great in welcoming us. The finca is lovely and just as described and in the pictures. It’s a very quiet tranquil location and the grounds are lovely. The finca is close to the town of pollenca and the sea resorts of Peurta pollenca and alcudia are close by. It’s a 15 minute stroll to the nearest supermarkets. You need a car though really as it gets hot in the summer. The pool area is great and most of our days were spent lolling by the pool and the bbq area. Juanita was extremely kind and accommodating. A great holiday and we will return

Großes Ferienhaus mit Pool und Garten

Pros: Geräumiges Ferienhaus mit Pool und Gartenbereich im Norden Mallorcas. Die Unterkunft bietet genügend Platz für 6 Personen. 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder (davon zwei mit Duschen), Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit z.b. genügend Küchenutensilien, Spiele, Musikbox, Tischtennisplatte, Grillkohle, usw. Einzig ein Grundstock an Gewürzen, Kaffee, Essig/Öl wäre noch wünschenswert gewesen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin (die auf demselben Grundstück im Haus untendrunter wohnt) lief über WhatsApp reibungslos und schnell. Cons: Die Filteranlage vom Pool wird laut Aussage der Vermieterin automatisch gesteuert. Leider war die Anlage zu selten an, bzw. könnte den feinen Dreck nicht wirklich herausfiltern. Uns hat das nicht so sehr gestört, aber eventuell kann man hier etwas nachjustieren. Hinweis für Reisende in kälteren Monaten: Es gibt keine Heizung im Haus (lediglich einen Holzofen unten im Wohnzimmer).

Heerlijk verblijf, prachtig gelegen, heerlijks Spaanse Finca!

Pros: Wij zijn met het gezin in oktober verbleven in deze finca. Prachtig gelegen villa omringd met een mooi verzorgde tuin en zwembad! Wij hebben genoten van het geluid van vogels en de rust in de tuin, waarbij je van het uitzicht kunt genieten op de zee en haven van Pollenca. Het zwembad is heerlijk met mooie lig- en zitplaatsen. De host woont beneden het huis, je kunt haar voor vragen benaderen. Verder heb je alle rust in het huis. Er groeien citroenbomen en granaatappelbomen in de tuin, deze hingen vol met vruchten tijdens ons verblijf. De pingpongtafel was een leuke activiteit voor onze kinderen. In het huis zijn ook meerdere spellen aanwezig, genoeg vermaak. De televisie toonde alleen enkele Duitse zenders. Het huis is verder ruim en sfeervol Spaans ingericht, met een mooie loungeplek. De barbeque is een heerlijke aanvulling op de ruim uitgeruste keuken! Er is een hondje regelmatig aanwezig van de host, maar deze is erg lief. We hebben echt genoten van het verblijf! Cons: Wij hadden in oktober nog best last van muggen in de avond (vonden wij verrassend)

Super schöne Finca

Pros: Wir waren bereits das 3. mal hier und finden die Finca sehr schön und toll gelegen. Die Vermieterin Juana ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich perfekt um die Gäste. Unsere Kinder lieben den kleinen Hund, der sehr gut erzogen ist. Cons: Leider waren die Lichter im Pool kaputt. Das wäre abends sehr schön gewesen.

Tolle Finca, wir kommen wieder!

Pros: Wir waren schon zum 2. mal hier und es hat wieder alles gepasst. Juana ist äußerst gastfreundlich, liebenswert und schaut immer, dass alles ordentlich und sauber ist. Nach einem schweren Sturm war binnen kürzester Zeit alles wieder picobello. Wir sind sehr begeistert von der tollen Finca, der Lage und dem großen Pool. Unsere zwei Mädels 6 und 9) fühlen sich auch sehr wohl, lieben die Schaukeln und haben auch gerne mit dem kleinen und sehr wohlerzogenen Hund von Juana geschmust. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Finca in traumhafter Umgebung

Pros: Sehr grosszügiges Haus mit noch grosszügigerem Umschwung. Wir haben den Garten / Poolbereich sehr genossen. Es gibt viel Grün rundherum und Bäume, was wir sehr geschätzt haben besonders an heissen Tagen. Typisches mallorquinisches Steinhaus mit uriger Ausstattung. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll dekoriert. Alle Zimmer waren sehr grosszügig und es hat alles was man braucht. Traumhafte Umgebung mit Berg- und Meersicht. Sehr herzliche und liebevolle Gastgeberin Juana welche gleich nebenan wohnt. Cons: Es hat sehr, sehr viele Mücken. Die Mückennetze an den Fenstern könnten erneuert/verbessert werden.

Ein kleines Paradies

Pros: Die Gastgeberin Juana hat uns herzlich mit einem selbstgemachten Kuchen willkommen geheissen und das ganze Haus gezeigt. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür! Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht, da es noch mehr Umschwung hatte als auf den Bildern. Wunderschöne gepflegte Anlage, Liebe fürs Detail und mit Mispel- und Zitronenbäumen, welche wir auch essen durften. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet (es fehlte an nichts) und es hatte sogar Pooltücher. Das Auto ist fast Pflicht an diesem Standort. Supermarkt Eroski und Lidl sind mit dem Auto in 5min erreichbar. Wunderschöne Finca und Anlage. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :)

Super Finca in toller Lage

Wir waren schon mehrmals in Pollença in anderen Fincas, aber diese hier war mit Abstand die beste und schönste. Juana ist ebenfalls eine super nette und freundliche Person. Ihr kleiner (und sehr gut erzogener) Hund Sis war der Liebling unserer Kinder. Die Finca ist sauber, hat eine tolle Lage und eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Direkt hinter der Finca kommt man auf einen kleinen Wamderpfad (Rundweg um den Berg). Auf halber Umrundung gibt es einen direkten Weg zum Gipfel - die Aussicht von dort oben ist wunderbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
