Pros: very clean and with all amenities needed . Super friendly family for check in/check out and support as needed. Excellent location with walking distance to the beach and hiking trail. very authentic neighborhood

Das fast perfekte Feriendomizil.

Pros: Bei dem Haus handelt es sich ein altes Fischerhaus (quasi ein altes Reihenhaus ... LOL), welches im der Altstadt von Portocolom gelegen ist. Es sind zusammenhängende Straßenzüge von teilweise ausgebauten und renovierten kleinen, ehemals eingeschossigen Häusern, die meistens um zwei Geschosse aufgestockt wurden. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die Parksituation am Haus selber ist top, meistens kann man direkt vor der Haustüre parken. Der nächstgelegene Strand ist in 15 Min fußläufig erreichbar, dortselber sind einige kostenfreie Parkplätze vorhanden. Um die Ecke ist ein "italienisches" Restaurant, in dem natürlich kein einziger Italiener seinen Dienst verrichtet, aber dennoch ist das Essen dort sehr gut. In 200m Entfernung ist ein kleines Supermakrt, in dem man Brot, Kuchen und ein kleine Auswahl Obst & Gemüse kaufen kann. Der nächste Eroski-Supermarkt ist ca. 3km entfernt. Dieser hat eine unglaublich gut ausgestattete Fischtheke. Cons: Es waren nur Kleinigkeiten. An der Terrassenüberdachnung sollte unbedingt eine Regenrinne angebracht werden, da bei stärkeren Regenereignissen die Terrasse ziemlich geflutet wird. An der hinteren Dachecke ist eine alte Antenne angerbracht, die bei starkem Wind sehr laute Knarzgeräusche verursacht. Entweder abbauen oder die Verankerung optimieren. Etwas nervig ist das Müllmanagement der Gemeinde Portocolom, das man verstehen muss, möchte man Hausmüll entsorgen. Dem sind in dem ausliegenden Informationsordner zum Haus alleine sechs Seiten gewidmet. Das ist ja grundsätzlich sehr löblich, aber alles in allem ziemlich unpraktisch. Übersehen die Müllmänner mal die geschlossene Platiktonne, die man vor das Haus stellen muss, hockt man eine weitere Woche mit dem Müll herum. Den könnte man dann theoretisch am Wertstoffhof in Portocolom entsorgen, warauf man natürlich im Urlaub keine Lust hat. Dafür kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts, ist aber dennoch nervig.
