The stylish and finely furnished loft “Green Street Lisbon” is situated in the trendy Bairro Alto district of Central Lisbon, close to the waterfront and only 2 km from the magnificent Monsanto park. It is therefore a perfect starting point for exploring Portugal’s fantastic capital on foot. The loft consists of a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher as well as one modern bathroom and can accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and air conditioning, while a baby cot is available on request. Stepping out of the apartment, you will find a variety of shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and a pharmacy in the immediate vicinity, and several tram stops are within 2-5 minutes (120-350 m). Nice little loft with nice design

We did find the unit pretty easily and well position.Design of the place was really original and nice to leave in.We had so problem with the lighting system but nothing stress.

Amazing location!

The whole experience was super easy and enjoyable. The hosts were great communicators and very helpful with the check-in/check-out process. The location is priceless, surrounded by nice cafes and restaurants and not far from the water either. I am very grateful for their hospitality and will definitely book here again the next time I’m in Lisbon!

We are OBSESSED! We will definitely come back and stay here!

Pros: The hosts were absolutely wonderful. Location was great. Great local vibe while still being close to all the tourist destinations. Our flight was delayed and they were able to accommodate late night hours for us to get our keys when we arrived. They were communicative and kind, the place was stunning and so comfortable!

Good location

The location was very good for a city trip. However, it wasn‘t really clean and little parts of the wall fell down. It did smell in the room probably due to humidity and we couldnt open a window because there is only one straight to the street.

Perfect location

Green Street Lisbon Loft is in a great location very central. But the best thing was the proximity to lovely restaurants right at our door. In fact where we had dinner on our final night, we could have had the table that was outside our bedroom window. In saying that , the room wasn’t noisy at all. Very enjoyable stay. The only downside was the lighting with the room being a little dark.

Location

The location and convenience was the best part of the stay. Right when we opened the door we saw a big dead cockroach next to the wall. The arrangement of the furniture would have made the stay better. Had the bed right next to the door. No table to sit and eat. No where to put our bags except on the floor.

The flat was clean and check-in was very easy.

Pros: The location in a very nice street (green street) it was clean. Cons: You can hear everything from the road as it is on the ground floor and the isolation of the door and window is non-existent. The bathroom is very small and there is almost not enough water for 2 people to shower one after the other.

My partner and I stayed here and we had the best time. I don’t think you could get a better location, upon arrival we went for a stroll and within minutes ran into the Timeout Market, we were also within walking distance to a few restaurants we wanted to try! Being on Green Street is also such a unique vibe. The property looks just like the photos, it has a lot of character and everything works well from the inside. The street can be noisy at night but it makes up for it by being very quiet into the late morning. Elisabel was a great host and the communication was everything we needed, check in process was so simple as well. If you want a great property with excellent location, don’t hesitate to book this.

2 nights on Green St

It is a ground floor apartment, not a loft. The host has made great use of the space available, however it could be much better lit. Some of the lighting shown in the pictures is not working or missing. The location is great, and the street is beautiful with lots of cool restaurants and bars. Obviously this means that the flat can be noisy at night though, so be prepared! Sandra was also very accommodating and helpful!

Mediocre stay

Mediocre at best. Unfortunately the loft always smelled like mildew or mold upon entrance. Additionally there was a dead roach right at the entrance that appeared to be there a while. Furthermore, the loft is on a pretty busy road any has a restaurant directly outside so it can be noisy and you can hear conversations quite clearly. Was not a huge fan of the bathroom the soap dispenser was empty and not provided with enough towels since it seems like water goes everywhere. The pros were definitely the location we enjoyed being able to walk a couple minutes to dinner and breakfast, thankfully not super hilly either.

Location is great.

Pros: Location is walkable to everything. Lively area although evenings it gets loud as people are sitting right by your door. The place esthetically is good. Cons: The smell drove me up the wall. Loft looks nice but space in the bathroom isn't practical at all. Cannot use big shower if you don't like wet bathrooms. Poor circulation or air. Damp smell combined with sewage and food. Must always provide incense as it really is that bad. The cleaner showed up hours before check out time. Almost rushing us to get out. She stood outside the property asking my husband when we were leaving at every opportunity. The place like I mentioned looks esthetically and logistically pleasing. That's all that's going for this property. The wall in the shower is gone moldy and has chunk of hair. Also, first morning we ran out of hot water. Didn't happen again in the next few days.

Beware! Listing is misleading

Described as a 'Loft', definition - large adaptable open space, often converted for residential use - this is more a studio with an imaginative use of mirrors behind the bed on one wall & the chair on the other wall to convey space - it's pokey. The brightness in the pictures must be the use of an artistic photographer as it is very dark in reality making the apartment very depressing - there is only one lamp with a murky recessed lighting around the ceiling. The window next to the bed is in full view of the street, so unless you were hoping to do some red light district trade, making it virtually unusable especially when they put out tables on either side of it for the restaurant next door! There doesn't appear to be any power points on the marble kitchen island, the furniture is worn, cushion covers & bedding in need of a good clean as did the bathroom cabinet draws. The small bathroom is accessed by a Tomb of Lazarus pivot door. The front door has daylight coming through which would probably explain the noise issues previous reviewers have mentioned, as it offers no noise reduction to the popular street traffic - ear defenders needed. We were unfortunate as the previous week the authorities had sprayed cockroach killer in the street & we were warned to expect the odd dead cockroach in the apartment. So based on all of the above & after sleeping there for one night, we decided to go & get a hotel & had a lovely time in Lisbon. Please don't make the same mistake.

Le logement n’est pas isolé des bruits de la rue. On dort près de la rue, comme si on était dehors. Une odeur d’égout persiste tout le temps du sejour. La volonté d’avoir un lieu original donne une cloison tres difficile à manœuvrer pour aller aux toilettes ou à la douche. Elle reste coincée. Pas de rideaux à la seule fenêtre, donc on doit rester avec les volets fermés, impossible de voir la lumière du jour. Ce n’est pas un loft, c’est un studio.

Contact met de eigenaar ging prima via de app. Het bed kraskte aan 1 kant en leek of een poot gebroken was. We vonden de loft heel mooi qua indeling. Helaas was er een onaangename geur (riolering?), dat was jammer.Goed idee hoe de douche en toilet weggewerkt was. De deur ging wel zwaar en de plafonddouche werkte niet goed.Het ligt wel in een heel mooi en gezellig straatje met barretjes en restaurantjes. Deed de naam Green Street wel eer aan!

Le logement est très bien situé, dans une rue et un quartier très animés. Très bau logement.Le seul problème est les odeurs d'humidités, celle-ci sont très désagréable. Le parquet a des traces de moisissures.

Dans un premier temps le logement est bien situé, proche du centre tout est accessible à pied. Cependant, la rue est une rue touristique très bruyante et le logement est très mal isolé phoniquement. Il n’y a pas vraiment possibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres car une donne directement sur une table de terrasse de restaurant et l’autre sur une minuscule cours intérieure. Cela signifie que la majorité de notre présence dans le logement s’est fait sans lumière naturelle mais aussi sans aération. Cela m’amène à parler de l’odeur, les égouts et l’humidité font que l’odeur ambiante est désagréable. Enfin la literie n’est pas confortable, ce qui n’aide pas à dormir en plus du bruit de la rue jusqu’à tard dans la nuit. Pour une nuit pourquoi pas mais plus non merci.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons bien aimé ce logement de Lisbonne qui est très bien situé et propre. A distance de marche de plusieurs beaux endroits à visiter et le transport en commun y est accessible pour les autres endroits. Nous aurions cependant apprécié une fenêtre sur l'extérieur. Por poner un problema, deberian cambiar los cristales de la puerta y ponerlos sin visibilidad o en su defecto poner cortinas ya que al estar en una planta a pue de calle era imposible abrir por problemas de intimidad

Für einen Städtetrip perfekt!

Diese Unterkunft hat für einen Städtetrip nach Lissabon eine perfekte Lage. In einer kleinen Gasse gelegen, in der Abends verschiedene Restaurants ihre Türen öffnen und man sitzt gemütlich in der Gasse, auch vor dem einzigen Fenster des Appartements. Das hat uns nicht gestört. Wir waren immer spät zu Hause und die Restaurants in dieser Gasse schließen um 23 h. Wir sind fast nur gelaufen. Man kann aber auch den Roller nehmen, Uber, Bus, Bahn, Fahrrad - alles ist möglich. Gutes Schuhwerk, Sportschuhe etc. ist sehr zu empfehlen.
