This modernised 3-room apartment features a spacious living area of 74 sqm. You’ll be staying on the ground floor of the building and can enjoy the benefits of a private terrace with a beach chair. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The comfortably furnished living-dining area features a sofa set and a dining table. A TV, stereo system, and Wi-Fi are also available free of charge.

In the separate kitchen, you can prepare your meals with: stove, oven, microwave, range hood, refrigerator with built-in freezer, dishwasher, etc. You can enjoy your meals at the dining table or on the seasonally furnished terrace.


The apartment has two separate bedrooms. One features a double bed, a wardrobe, and a second TV. The other bedroom features a double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m), shelves, and seating. The en suite bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling shower, sink, hair dryer, and toilet.

A washing machine is also available. An outdoor parking space is available for your car. Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in the basement of the house. Pets are allowed for a fee. Non-smoking apartment.
