The holiday apartment is located on a quiet cul-de-sac just behind Lake Constance, offering guests fantastic views of the lake and the Alps. The 75 m² apartment features an open-plan living/sleeping area with a sofa and double bed, accommodating 2 guests. There is also a dining area, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with natural light and a bathtub. The well-equipped kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and air fryer. Additional amenities are a wood-burning stove, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, radio, and CD player. The large, shared garden with a sunbathing lawn invites you to relax.



Two bakeries and a fresh food market are within a 5 to 10-minute walk (350 m to 500 m), as well as the boat landing for excursions and the popular ice cream parlor "Kibele." The Hagnau "West" bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away.



Please note: The studio apartment is on the 2nd floor and accessible by stairs only.



The village offers several good restaurants serving regional and international cuisine. Sights such as castles and palaces are nearby, just a few minutes' drive (5 km to 10 km) away. Bei der Abreise unseren nächsten Aufenthalt vormerken lassen....

Schöne, luftige, helle, geräumige Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf den See und nach allen anderen Seiten. Dazu zentral aber ruhig gelegen. Zum Schiffanleger, Yachthafen, Bäcker....3 Minuten Fußweg. Nette, unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen...doppelt so lange wie dieses Jahr!

Netter Aufenthalt in Hagnau

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Dachgeschoß eines Einfamilienhauses eine Querstraße vom Bodensee entfernt. Sie ist mit allem ausgerüstet, was man für zwei Personenhaushalt benötigt. Mit den Vermietern verstanden wir uns von Anfang an sehr gut. Die Mitbenutzung des Gartens war sehr angenehm. So konnte man im Pavillon gemütlich den Tag ausklingen lassen.
