The Störtebecker apartment, approximately 104 square metres in size, is located in the front part of the house. The historic beam structure has been preserved in the rustic living and kitchen area on the ground floor. The wood-burning stove and the loft, which offers a view of the surrounding meadows and pastures, create a truly cosy atmosphere.

The “Landhaus-up-de-Warft” was built in 1906 and is situated on the Nordwerdum mound alongside a handful of other rural estates and farms. The former stables and living quarters have been converted into four spacious residential units, each furnished in a rustic and unique style. For lovers of the East Frisian landscape and the authentic way of life, this is the ideal holiday spot. The sea dike is visible from the property.
Cyclists and hikers will also find plenty to enjoy. The beach in Neuharlingersiel is only about 4 km away. There is a log sauna on the property and a washing machine in a separate laundry room. Both may be used by all guests. Due to the sharp rise in energy costs, there is a fee for using the sauna. You’ll find an electric car charging station near the parking spaces. There is an e-bike charging station in the small log cabin.

“Störtebecker” Apartment:
The “Störtebecker” apartment, which is approximately 104 square metres in size, is located in the front part of the house, facing the driveway. It features a spacious bedroom on the ground floor and two additional bedrooms on the ground floor (1 room with a double bed, 1 room with bunk beds measuring 90x200 cm and 90x180 cm). The double bed on the ground floor is in a room that serves as a walk-through space.
In the rustic living and kitchen area on the ground floor, the historic beam structure has been preserved. The centrepiece of the apartment is the solid wood dining table. The wood-burning stove and the loft, which offers a view of the surrounding meadows and pastures, create a truly cosy atmosphere. Both bathrooms are also located on the ground floor. They have been completely modernised. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, oven, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
The large living area features a satellite TV, a micro-stereo system, and Wi-Fi.
Maximum occupancy for this apartment: 4 adults, 2 children up to age 16 (see above for bed sizes), 1 child up to age 2 (second toddler/infant upon request)
A log cabin sauna in the garden is available to all guests of the country house.
Charging of electric vehicles, except for e-bikes, is permitted exclusively at the wall box in the car park. A small, lockable log cabin is available for storing bicycles, strollers, etc. The small log cabin features an e-charging station for e-bikes.

Bed linens, towels, and sauna towels, as well as use of the sauna, are not included in the base price and can be booked as optional extras.
